Equipment and Facilities:

​Our office and warehouse occupy a 12,000 square foot lot that houses over 15 Gleason machines and 9 Gleason testers. We run our machines on multiple shifts to ensure that our deliveries are early or as promised. Our hours of operation accommodate any time zone. CBG is the largest gear manufacturer on the United States’ west coast and services a multitude of companies across the continental US. 

Machines:

CBG is a specialized gear manufacturer. We cut and grind straight, spiral, and curvic bevel gears. We offer a wide range of gear manufacturing services that include reverse engineering , troubleshooting, and  custom manufacturing.
